Christmas is a wonderful time, but finding great Christmas gifts can be a little difficult. But everyone loves candy. Why don't you find some hot homemade candy recipes and make some great homemade candy for Christmas gifts this year?

With most Christmas gifts there is always the risk that the recipient won't like their gift. But just about everyone loves candy, especially homemade candy, and it's not hard to make. You just need some good homemade candy recipes to get started, some simple tools and a little dedication and time.

There's so many great homemade candies you can make. I'm getting hungry just thinking of things like chocolate peanut butter candy, corn balls, cream candies, chocolate fudge, candy corn and so many more. But if you're prepared to spend some of your own precious time and put in the effort to make the candy yourself, that says something about how you feel about the recipient.

Homemade candy says I love you so much more than store bought candy, and can taste just as good, or better.

And there are very few people who dislike candy. It's so popular that if you make some homemade candy for a gift the chances are pretty high that the recipient will love it, and eat it happily. They may even decide to reverse the idea and make some candy for you next year.

Even if you haven't made candy before it's not that hard. Spend some time on the net and you'll learn. You need some time, some dedication to learning if it's your first time making candy, a kitchen and a few basic candy making tools.

Some recipes are a little more difficult than others. Any recipe that requires you to simmer water with sugar to a certain temperature can be a bit of a challenge for the beginner because if you get the temperature wrong it won't work so well, but with a little practice you'll be making homemade candy like the pros.

Even those who have little time to homemade desserts. These recipes use the microwave, so homemade desserts in minutes. Cooling time varies but the actual preparation is very fast. Try Layered Chocolate Butter Microwave Fudge and P. Marshmallow Fudge Candy quick and easy. They are so good you want to do both!

MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE LEVELS
You can make fudge in 10 minutes. However, there is need to relax for a fewof hours.

1 cup peanut butter bits
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, divided
1 / 2 stick butter (4 tablespoons)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 / 4 cup chopped peanuts

Spray or lightly butter an 8-inch square pan. In a small bowl, microwave, place butter bits p., half of the sweetened condensed milk and 2 tablespoons of butter. Cover with plastic wrap. In a microwave bowl, another small place of chocolate chips, remaining sweetened condensed milk and 2Tablespoons butter.

Microwave the mixture on the pb-bit 'high for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir until smooth and creamy. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly Square. Microwave chocolate on high for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave, stir, mix everything and pour cream over the mixture of peanut butter in the pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top and press in lightly. Chill at least September 2 hours. Cut into 16 squares.

QUICK AND EASYMARSHMALLOW FUDGE CANDY

1 pkg (12-oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chunky peanut butter
4 cups miniature marshmallows

In a microwave safe 2-quart bowl, microwave chocolate chips and peanut butter together on medium setting for 2 to 3 minutes or until the chocolate is melted, stirring after each minute. Fold in the marshmallows and spread the mixture in a buttered 9-inch square pan. Chill until firm. Cut into approximately 24 pieces.

This cake looks very decadent, and maybe it is, but it's really just a giant hot fudge cake mix. I doubt there are many witnesses to this.

For this cake you need: 1 deep dish frozen pie crust, butter or margarine - soft, brown sugar, 3 eggs, 1 package semisweet chocolate chips - melted, Dry instant coffee, vanilla, flour and nuts coarsely chopped.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Partially bake pie shell for 5 to 7Minutes.

In a large bowl until stiff with an electric mixer at medium speed 1 / 2 cup butter and 3 / 4 cup brown sugar beat. 3 beaten eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add the melted chocolate, 2 teaspoons of instant coffee and 1 teaspoon vanilla, mix well. Stir in 1 / 2 cup flour and 1 cup of chopped walnuts.

Pour the mixture into brownie crust partially cooked. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until September Serve warm with whipped creamCream or ice cream.

Makes 10 servings.

Bonus Recipe: Neapolitan Pie Easy

For this cake you need: 1 / 2 liter of Neapolitan ice cream - a little 'soft, a ready-made chocolate crumbs and 1 / 2 cup of hot chocolate topping.

Scoop half of the eggs in a crust of bread. With the back of a wooden spoon, press gently into the ice shell and spread evenly. Drizzle 1 / 4 cup fudge topping on ice.

Layer on the rest of the Neapolitanfudge topping, pressing lightly. Drizzle the remaining chocolate sauce.

Cover with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Makes 8 servings.
